Get back to nature - where you are designed to be! Yes, that means getting OFF the phone, computer, and tv. Go outside and see ALL the wonderful things you are missing. There are beautiful flowers in bloom, fresh foods to eat (right in your back yard), spending time with family and friends (actually talking to each other not email or texting). Let's get back to real life, not virtual life - this is what living life should be and there is so much to enjoy!
Our society provides much abundance for us, but much of it is NOT the right stuff.
Americans are:
-Sick (look at the statistics!)
-Not eating the right foods
-On too much medication (health does NOT come from the pharmacy - healthy people don't need pharmacy's)
-Are around EMF's far too much (many of us flood our homes with radiation, then wonder why we cannot sleep well)
-Are not out in nature to re-energize
-Are not being social (ever notice how "social media" makes people LESS social?)
-Are not listening to our bodies (popping dangerous pharmaceuticals instead of changing the cause through our diet and lifestyle)
-Are being self-centered
-Are brainwashed by society
It has been said Americans are overfed and undernourished. You can change that.

The important thing is just TO START! A lot of getting back on the right path actually involves what to STOP. All of the good stuff will not help you until you STOP all the bad stuff.
Over time, make an effort to stop eating and drinking:
-Dairy (including cheese)
-Bread
-Sugar
-Pasta
-Gluten containing foods (Dr. Isabella Wentz cites a study where over 70% of thyroid patients were cured of their thyroid problems - no symptoms and bloodwork normal - simply by going gluten free for 1 year!)
-Consume less meat (if any)
-Eliminate soda
-Eliminate beer
The bottom line is that you will need to stop poisoning yourself before you can reap the benefits of any positive changes!
(This includes physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.)
This will not happen overnight, it is a process. Little by little, bit by bit you can change your health for the better.
It may sound at first like giving up a lot - but trust us, you GAIN so much more. You will explore and experience foods that you've never tried or heard of, they are available to you right now!
